Helping You Move Projects Forward

Have you ever struggled to move a meaningful project forward on your own? Sometimes having someone there makes all the difference. Someone who can support you, guide you through the process, and help you make progress without feeling overwhelmed.

Ways I Can Support You

Over the years, I have helped friends, family members, and colleagues navigate projects of all sizes, from practical life changes to more complex undertakings, always at a pace that works for them.

If you are looking for structure and confidence in your process, think of me as your personal sidekick. Someone steady in the background who helps keep things organized, focused, and moving forward while you work on something that matters to you.

I work with individuals, not companies, on short-term projects, typically 2 to 6 months, that carry personal meaning or importance. Some examples of projects I support include:

  • Starting a small business or independent practice

  • Turning a hobby into a career

  • Launching a community initiative

  • Creating and maintaining a website

  • Preparing to sell your home

  • Planning a move or downsizing

  • Decluttering and reorganizing your home

  • Any stuck project, something you care about but feel overwhelmed by, started but stalled on, or have not yet figured out how to shape

In practice, I act as a guide alongside you. I help provide structure, perspective, and steady support through one-on-one sessions so you can take action with more clarity and confidence. When additional help is useful, I am there. The goal is always for you to own the work and feel proud of what you have built.

This is your project. I am here to help you move it forward.

If you are an individual starting something of your own, I can support you in clarifying your ideas, understanding next steps, and building momentum. The project remains yours at all times.

This is not therapy, agency work, or contract labor.

What Are You Looking For

Much of the value in this work happens both during our sessions and behind the scenes. I spend time preparing, thinking through your project, gathering resources, and making sure our work stays focused and sustainable. The goal is steady, thoughtful support that helps you move forward with confidence.

Every project is unique. Price ranges help set expectations, but final pricing reflects cadence, complexity, and the level of support you want and need.

  • Imagine you are taking a new course and receive a syllabus. It lays out the steps and tasks needed to move forward with clarity. At this level, I provide a lightly structured timeline that makes each milestone manageable with weekly check-ins, giving you balance and focus so you can keep moving forward.

    Typical cadence:

    • We’d meet 1–2 hrs/week for regular check-ins (very casual)

    • Your own dedicated “office hours” for an optional meet-up.

    Behind the scenes I will:

    • Review your progress between sessions

    • Track milestones and momentum in a sharable timeline/calendar

    • Research and prepare light structure or prompts for our next session

    • Share relevant tools or resources when helpful

    • Keep continuity so you don’t have to hold everything alone

    Pricing: $1,100–1,300/month

  • This is for projects that carry real weight or complexity and benefit from consistent, high touch support. We meet multiple times per week, often in active working sessions where we are building, organizing, or problem solving in real time.

Think of me as part of your team. I am your personal sidekick in this project, helping you navigate decisions, logistics, and momentum while staying closely involved as things evolve. This level of support is immersive and steady, designed for moments when you want someone deeply engaged alongside you.

    Typical cadence:

    • We’d meet a couple times accumulating 6+ hrs/week

    • We’re having active working sessions that I research and prep for to guide you on anything you want to learn more on or this could be collaborating together.

    • Your own dedicated “office hours” for an optional meet-up.

    Behind the scenes I will:

    • Help refine strategy, pacing, and direction as things evolve

    • Provide more hands-on working sessions when helpful

    • Gather information, examples, or references tailored to your needs

    • Maintain continuity so momentum stays steady even during complex phases

    Pricing: $2,000–2,400/month

  • This tier sits between Steady Support and Deep Partnership. We meet consistently each week with a blend of strategic conversations and occasional working sessions when needed.

You receive more structure and deeper guidance than Steady Support, especially around sequencing, decisions, and problem solving. At the same time, you continue doing much of the implementation independently, with stronger checkpoints and clearer direction along the way.

    Typical cadence:

    • We’d meet 4 hrs/week

    • More working sessions together that I will prepare for and can guide you through or we’ll collaborate together - whatever makes the most sense for you and your project.

    • Your own dedicated “office hours” for an optional meet-up.

    Behind the scenes I will:

    • Actively shape project structure and sequencing

    • Think through decisions and potential next steps

    • Provide curated resources or research when relevant

    • Help anticipate sticking points before they happen

    • Maintain a running view of your progress and evolving priorities

    Pricing: $1,550–1,800/month

Frequently Asked Questions

  • It does not fit neatly into any of those categories. This is structured project support focused on helping you move something meaningful forward.

It is not therapy or mental health care. It is also not consulting or contract work where I execute projects on your behalf. Instead, I work alongside you to provide structure, perspective, accountability, and steady momentum while you do the work.

If you are looking for clinical support, business consulting, or someone to complete tasks for you, this would not be the right fit.

  • Start by reaching out for an initial conversation. Before we meet, I will send a short questionnaire so we can use our 45 minute intro session to focus on what really matters. This helps us move quickly into clarity around your project, pace, and support needs.

  • Our first intro session is about understanding your project, how you work, and what kind of support will help you move forward. We will talk through goals, current momentum, and where things tend to stall.

After the session, I will share a light project plan outlining possible milestones, cadence, and next steps. If we both feel good about moving forward, the first monthly payment will be requested. Once that is confirmed, you will receive a more detailed plan, calendar invites, and resources so we can begin working together.

  • Pricing is monthly and reflects the level of support, time together, project complexity, and preparation involved. Most clients fall between about $1,100 and $2,400 per month depending on cadence and support needs.

Work happens in 4 week containers so there is enough space for planning, momentum, and follow through.

  • Pricing is designed to be fair both to you and to the time, presence, and preparation this work requires. In some situations flexibility is possible, but it is considered carefully so expectations stay clear and sustainable for everyone. If cost is a concern, it is okay to bring it up and we can talk openly.

This approach helps keep the work accessible while also protecting the quality of support each client receives.

  • Most clients meet with me one or two times per week, usually one to two hours per session depending on your project plan. All sessions are held virtually on Google Meet. This work is not offered in person.

You will also have a dedicated weekly office hours window reserved just for you. This is for quick questions, updates, or moments where a little extra support helps maintain momentum. These are optional but always available.

Communication between sessions happens by email or text during business hours. I do not respond outside those hours except in rare situations. This helps keep the work consistent and sustainable.

  • That is actually very common. Many people know they want structure, accountability, or momentum but are not sure what cadence will feel best.

We figure this out together during the initial conversation. Some people start lighter and adjust once they understand their rhythm. Others prefer more consistent support right away. The goal is the level of support that helps you move forward without adding pressure.

  • It depends on the project. Some people need a month or two to build momentum or finish something specific. Others stay longer while they move through bigger or evolving projects.

Many people continue until the project is completed or until they feel confident carrying it forward independently.

  • This work focuses on structured personal project support. It sits somewhere between accountability, strategic guidance, and steady human presence while you work toward something meaningful.

It tends to work best for people who care deeply about a project but do not want to navigate it entirely alone. If you value structure, consistency, and thoughtful support without pressure or judgment, this is usually a good match.

If you prefer working completely independently or are looking for someone to execute the project for you, this likely is not the right service.

  • It depends on the project. Some people need a month or two to build momentum or finish something specific. Others stay longer while they move through bigger or evolving projects.

Many people continue until the project is completed or until they feel confident carrying it forward independently.

  • Yes. Work happens in 4 week containers. Even if the active portion of your project is shorter, that time allows for onboarding, planning, active support, and thoughtful wrap up without rushing the process.

  • Yes. This is a professional working relationship built on trust. Conversations stay private and focused on your project unless you specifically ask to share something. This is not therapy, but discretion and respect are core to how I work.

If your project requires an NDA, we can discuss that in our initial discussion.

  • No. I work with individuals on personal projects, creative pursuits, transitions, or self directed initiatives. If you are building something of your own, I support you as the person doing the work rather than as a business client.

  • Life happens. Sessions can usually be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice.

If you need a longer pause, we can talk through options so the work stays supportive without creating pressure or unnecessary stress.
